The Sculpt Lab Massage Lounge
Aesthetics and therapy in every touch. A massage that makes your face and body feel like it breathed for the first time.

Meet Your Therapist
I’m Elena Childers, a licensed massage therapist with 10 years of experience and the founder of The Sculpt Lab Massage Lounge.
I specialize in facial and abdominal massage, working deeply with tension, internal health, and natural lifting — but I also treat the whole body with equal care and precision.
My approach blends deep anatomical knowledge, honest diagnostics, and true care with both classic and innovative massage techniques for you as a whole person.
I help you look fresher, feel better, and reconnect with yourself — no injections, no surgery, no stress on your body.
Touch That Transforms

- Therapy and aesthetics in one: I work with both face and body — tension, swelling, asymmetry, aging signs and stress release.
- My motto: “Aesthetics are the face of your health. True beauty only comes from a healthy body.”
- Diagnostics, progress tracking, and personalized plans — for those who want real results through a massage course.
- A warm, cozy and honest space — no pressure, no judgment.
Questions You May Have Before Booking
“I’m afraid to come for the first time — what if it’s awkward?”
It won’t be unpleasant, but it will feel unusual — just like any first experience. Actually, the first visit will show you just how safe and enjoyable it is. My studio is cozy and private — you’ll be welcomed with care and respect. I’ll help you understand your real facial and body condition and guide you on how to care for it.
“Is it expensive?”
Yes, it’s a premium-level experience — but one that delivers real, lasting benefits.
A facial massage session is much more than just a relaxing treatment. It’s deep, layered work with your face: from soft tissues and muscles to fascia, joints, and even the bone structure. This kind of touch brings real change — it reactivates the skin from within.
Plus, I use high-end, professional skincare — not just oils, but premium products that complement and enhance the massage results.
You’ll feel the difference. And your skin will show it.
Can I combine face and body work in one session?
Yes, absolutely. Just select the "Customized Session" option when booking — this format allows me to combine any techniques based on your needs.
The 90- and 120-minute formats work best for this. We'll focus on the areas that require the most attention for you personally.
How should I prepare for my first session?
If it’s a facial massage, no major prep is needed — but please come without makeup. I’ll be removing it anyway.
I’ll also work on your scalp, neck, and shoulders. That includes massage on the scalp without cream, so bring a hairbrush — your hair will get fluffed up a bit.
You’ll need to remove your top clothing and get comfortable under a blanket, since I’ll also be working on your chest and shoulder area.
For body or abdominal massage, no special prep is needed except taking a shower. For abdominal work, it’s best to come on an empty stomach or 1.5–2 hours after eating.
I’ve never had a facial massage before. Is that okay?
Of course! Many of my clients are first-timers — and they stay.
I explain everything during the session — what I’m doing and why — and I’ll check in with you throughout.
Some of the techniques may feel unfamiliar, especially buccal massage, which is performed inside the mouth. I always do it gently and respectfully, but it may feel slightly sensitive.
This is a deep and new experience — and I’ll guide you through it with care.
Will I see results after just one session?
Usually, yes — especially in the face: more glow, lifted contours, reduced puffiness and tension.
If you’d like, I can take before-and-after photos (especially if you're planning to purchase a package).
With body sessions, you’ll likely feel pain relief or lightness in the tense areas.
I’ll also give you recommendations on what to do after the massage — especially if you experience any post-session sensitivity.
What skincare products do you use during the session?
I work with professional-grade skincare — nourishing creams, mild products with low fragrance to reduce the risk of irritation.
With my background in cosmetic chemistry, I’m very intentional about product selection. In some cases, I even create custom blends myself.
Please note: I don’t use clients' personal products, except in rare cases where a dermatologist has prescribed a specific formula due to severe allergies.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes — like with any therapeutic practice, there are times when massage should be postponed. These include:
— fever,
— active inflammation or infection,
— recent surgery,
— blood-thinning medication. If you've recently had Botox, threads, or fillers, please let me know in advance.
In some cases, facial massage is perfectly safe — in others, it should be avoided for a certain time. I’ll help you make the right decision based on what you’ve had done and when.If you're unsure, just message me. I’ll help you determine if it’s the right time for a session.
Is there an age limit for facial massage?
Not at all. I work with women of all ages — from those starting preventive care in their 20s to those in their 60s and beyond.
What matters isn’t age — it’s your goals. Each stage of life needs its own rhythm, focus, and techniques.
How often should I come for sessions?
Massage is like a passive workout for your face and body — consistency matters.
For facial massage, I typically recommend 2–3 sessions per week for 2–3 weeks, then gradually reduce to once a week or monthly for maintenance.
We’ll build a custom plan together — both strategic and tactical — with techniques tailored to you.For body and abdominal work, it depends on your issue.
In most cases, a course of 4–10 sessions spaced 7–10 days apart gives the best results.
Will facial massage stretch my skin?
No — this is a common myth.
It comes from old-school ideas that touching the skin can cause sagging.
But your face is still your body — and structurally, facial tissues respond to touch in the same way as your arms or back.
In fact, massage tones, lifts, and improves elasticity.
I see it every day: faces become more defined, skin looks fresher and tighter.
So no — massage will not stretch your face. It will support it.
